What you see here, is the infamous MVF award. This coveted trophy (broken cup, beautifully encased) is given to the Most Focused and Valued fan at our football parties.

I want it.

Sadly in my first campaign mail (complete with winning photos) I referred to our upcoming Fiesta Bowl. That mail returned an immediate response from Bob. This is what he wrote:
Hey dip shit. The Fiesta Bowl has already been played.
ok, now that's just rude. LOL! But yanno, I did wonder why they were talking about the Fiesta Bowl on the radio like it was already played.

Ok. minor (sp?) blunder. No biggie. I can still pull this off. I'll just have to work a little harder.

GO BUCKS! Win that .........National Championship??? Yeah, pretty sure that's right. National Championship. Playing the Gators. Got it.

I shall post haste return to my campaigning. The Crab is on it. All over it. Like white on rice. does anybody know a good site where I can learn football lingo besides..."break his legs!"

` Football is a major cause of groin injuries, second only to having sex with my mechanical henchmen.

` I completely made that up. But that's besides the point.

Crabby, how about tight end. Now you should appreciate that. Oh and it is a position on the football team.

Hey how about checking out these couple of spots on the net. The first is glossary.

There is also this but you will need to click on a bunc of links to find you way around. How about Football 101.

Mistake made. I didn't post it lastnight night, but I made sure i played again this morning, got up over 1,000,000 and did get it posted on their board. I'm not doing the beat the clock, I'm playing, clear before it reaches the top. Which one are you playing?

I love that game. Now in the morning's, instead of blogging i play. So far, it hasn't made me late for work. Jeez! Just think of how that would look on my leave request form.

Tardy-Reason: I had to beat my sister's high score on Shape Shifter.

Ahhhhhhh ah ah ah ah

It's a good thing I keep plenty of personal time on the books.

LOL!! WTF!! You guys get a broken piece of glass as a reward. Hahahahahaha that's almost as insane as playing for an urn of ashes in cricket. Almost! ;-)

At 1/06/2007 1:32 PM, Anonymous Anonymous

Gareth, one thing you'll learn about OSU Buckeye football, is after a victory, all that is left in Columbus, IS broken glass..

( Crab...Sequin?)

At 1/06/2007 2:49 PM, Blogger Crabby

Manny, I do believe you've already been knocked clean offa the board. ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh ha ha ha ha ha! I will catch you and pass you. Watch and see.

G-man, indeed she is a girl. A very creative one. PSSSST! I don't know what any of that football stuff means, G. I gotta have the definitions too or I'm gonna look like a dummy.

Barman, THANK YOU! This is what I need. I gotta have the definitions too or I'll be yelling stuff at the wrong time. LOL!

Gareth, My friends and I do compete for the infamous broken cup, which once one graces the winner's mantle till the next game. LOL! An urn of ashes???? ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh ha ha ha ha ha ha!

G-man, are you from Michigan per chance? LOL!

` I think he's confused because I apparently resemble John Lennon so much in this most awesome self-portrait.

At 1/06/2007 7:05 PM, Anonymous Anonymous

` ...Although I was turned into one once.

At 1/06/2007 7:55 PM, Blogger Unknown

Oh yeah the urn of ashes. It's a cricket 'competition' between Australia and England which happens every second year. I believe the ashes are the burnt turn remains of the wicket from the very first game between the two countries over 100 years ago. The current competition just finished I believe and Aus won it 5-0 (it's always the best of 5 over a two or three week period).
This is a link to it (sorry I don't know how to link in a comment section unlike the intelligent scientist above me lol) .....

Whatever!!!! I just got on again. I am so hooked. Even when I'm not playing, I find myself trying to fit shapes in places.

Ahhhhhhh ah ah ah ah

I see shapes everywhere I look.

I love this game. Thanks again!!!!

Picked up pizza's and went to Squirrel's for movie day. She is not allowed to pick them out anymore. Jeez!

Since I got these game's, I no longer nap in the afternoons.

At 1/06/2007 8:19 PM, Blogger Manny

If I get dark circle's under my eye's, I'm gonna blame you.

At 1/06/2007 8:53 PM, Blogger Crabby

Seequin, you do NOT look like any guy including John Lennon. You look like Seequin. LOL!

Gareth, ok. Don't laugh. (he will anyway) But I think that's kinda cool that they pass 100 year old ashes back and forth for wins.

Manny, I KNOW! I've been playing off and on all afternoon. Lucy's doing everything she can to get my attention. Bob is busy playing Sudoku. We've been doing games since this morning. LOL! And we have movies rented. Ay yi yi. I gotta get offa this game but I can't stop myself. Those people on the net make it all the way to levels over 100! They're machines!

At 1/06/2007 10:14 PM, Blogger Manny

Fear not sister dear. We are well oiled machines. I just love them shapes. What is your favorite shape?

Ahhhhhhhh ah ah ah ah ah

At 1/06/2007 10:15 PM, Blogger Manny

Which version are you playing?

At 1/07/2007 7:25 AM, Anonymous Anonymous

i watch but I dont get into it. I guess it's that age old thing where Im a girl football is for boys! LOL

At 1/07/2007 8:01 AM, Blogger Crabby

Manny, I like the big easy to find shapes. My least favorite are the ones that end up going in two directions like the arrows and pointing fingers. ACCK! And if you discard too soon it causes the lines to move up faster. I'm playing speedster, on "easy" mode.

Gab, if you were born in Ohio, and grew up with Woody Hayes as the college football coach you'd be all into it. I just never have learned all the terminology. All I know is, ya wanna get ball and make through the goal posts without anybody knockin ya down. LOL!

At 1/07/2007 10:21 AM, Blogger barman

Yes, Ohio and Michigan big, big football fans. Gabs is missing out. What the heck is all this shapes things anyay? I got your shape right here! :)

Off to do some exercise and then work. Yuck!

At 1/07/2007 12:22 PM, Blogger SignGurl

I like the shirt!

At 1/08/2007 8:48 AM, Blogger Suze

Crabby, you lost me! I know nothing about football here let alone in the States.

Is that a good thing or a bad thing. lol

At 1/08/2007 9:45 AM, Blogger Crabby

Barman, it's a game called ShapeShifter. You can download from gamehouse.com. They give you a free trial period and then if you like it, you can buy it. It's very addicting, especially if you are a competitive type person, because you find yourself wanting badly to match those high internet scores. LOL!

Sign, I'm pretty sure there's more on that shirt than Hey Michigan. LOL! I just don't remember what it says.

Suze, I think it's ok if you're not into football. Most gals aren't. Here in Ohio we're born little Buckeye fans. LOL! They even have Buckeye baby blankets and stuff.
