Wow you never know about things from health food stores but they do claim a significant easier migrain, possibly 50 percent, with butterbur. You never know.
Personally I think Crabbs is affraid that Ohio is going to lose to Michigan on Saturday and she is just hiding! Neener, neener, neener...
Go find a nice dark corner somewhere and feel better soon sis.
Hi, guys!
I'm on day 5 of Migraine hell. I've not had headaches this bad before. They even affect my eyesight. I'm feeling a little better this morning but I did yesterday too then the slightest stressor that comes along brings the blasted thing right back again.
Zen thanks for the Butterbur tip. I'll be getting that.
I have no plan of staying down and out so you can count on me fighting good and hard to knock this thing and get myself back in business.
Barman, tsk tsk tsk. You wish. ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh ha ha ha! The Bucks are gonna pants every Michigan player on the field.
I MISS you guys!
I'll get better fast, promise.

Butterbur, to me, is a miracle.
If taken at the onset of a migraine, it makes it way less severe, if not knocking it out all together.
Some people got constant migraines and then took that and stopped getting them.
Pharmaceutical companies, I hear, are working on trying to distill it into some sort of drug.
I will try to bring the bottle I had that had the specific brand tomorrow--I think they had a Web page.
Thanks, Zen. I sure appreciate it. When the doc told me I was getting mirgraines I argued with him. I was sure it was sinus.
There's little question now. I've never felt such horrid pain in my life. You actually get to a point where you just want someone to shoot you. And what they do to your vision is scary weird!
I woke up with the beginning of one. I'm doing everything I can to fight it off. The Butterbur would be awfully good to have right now.
There are meds on the way but we have to mail our scripts in and mine has gotten lost somewhere in route.
Ah Crab I feel for you hun. I have had Migraines for about 10 years or better. And they sometimes dragged out for days. Good thing is that I finally have gone for 3 years with 3 migraines total and only 2 that Ive had to see the doc for. Now thats progress. But I do know what your going through. Get better soon hun we are pulling for ya!
Sorry....hope it clears up soon!
